Pastor Emily Miller

Greetings to you! I am a native of Pittsburgh and grew up in the South Hills area. My first vocation was as a lawyer and I got my law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where I met my husband, Ed. I practiced law in both Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. After hearing the call of God for the ministry, I began seminary in 2001. Since then, I have served 5 churches in the Pittsburgh area as a student pastor and as an ordained minister. My husband and I have four grown children, Max, Macy, Malcolm and Murphy and we have a wonderful daughter in law, Elizabeth. I love sports, animals, reading and, of course, serving the Lord. I hope to bring a welcoming spirit and a love of following Jesus to the First Presbyterian Church family. I am excited to see what the Lord will do through me in Beaver Falls! If you haven’t been with us in a while or have never stepped a foot in the door – give us a chance to share our community with you!
